Account Deletion Request

Use this page to request deletion of your DMS Driver account and associated personal data, even if you no longer have access to the application.

Send an account-deletion request to the authorized Al Rashed Cement mobile support team using the button below.

Send deletion request
Include enough information to identify your account:
  • Your full name.
  • Your registered mobile number.
  • Your Driver ID or Iqama number used with DMS Driver.

Do not send your PIN, OTP, password, or any other authentication secret by email.

What happens next

1. Request received

The support team reviews the request and identifies the associated DMS Driver account.

2. Identity verification

Reasonable identity verification may be required before account deletion is performed.

3. Account and associated data deletion

The DMS Driver account and associated application-access data are deleted after verification, subject to legitimate legal, audit, security, and operational retention obligations described below.

Data covered by the request

Depending on the data associated with the account, the deletion request may cover:

  • Driver account and application profile information.
  • Registered mobile number associated with the account.
  • Device registration and application-access information.
  • Authentication and active application-session data.
  • Personal data stored specifically for DMS Driver application access and operation.
Deleting the DMS Driver account does not necessarily mean that every historical company business record containing the driver's involvement can legally or operationally be removed.

Data that may need to be retained

Certain records may be retained where required for legitimate legal, regulatory, security, audit, financial, logistics, or business-record obligations.

  • Completed trip and delivery records.
  • Audit and security records.
  • Records required for fraud or incident investigation.
  • Business records subject to legal retention requirements.

Where retention is required, access remains restricted according to company security and authorization controls.
